Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern.

The estimated delivery time for orders on FAMILYMILY is 5-10 business days. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we’ve established a guaranteed period for delivery of 20 days.

We guarantee that our products are delivered within 20 business days.  The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 2 to 5 days. If you have purchased anything on FAMILYMILY, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

 Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FAMILYMILY  (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of FAMILYMILY

4. Please note, FAMILYMILY is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so check that info twice.
